Precise inserting and driving construction method for large offshore steel casing
The invention discloses an offshore large steel casing accurate inserting and driving construction method which is used for installing steel casings at a first pier position, a second pier position and a third pier position, and the distances between the first pier position, the second pier position and the third pier position and the shoreside are gradually increased. Comprising the following steps: processing and manufacturing a steel casing; the first steel casing is integrally transported to a first pier position, the first steel casing is hoisted to a first limiting hole through a first crawler crane and a second crawler crane, and the first steel casing is inserted and beaten through a first hydraulic impact hammer; the second steel casing is transported to a second pier position section by section, the first crawler crane and the second crawler crane are used for hoisting the second steel casing to a second limiting hole, and the first hydraulic impact hammer is used for inserting and hitting the second steel casing; and the third steel casing is transported to a third pier position section by section, the floating crane ship is used for hoisting the third steel casing to a third limiting hole, and a second hydraulic impact hammer is used for inserting and hitting the third steel casing. According to the construction method provided by the specification, the offshore large steel casing can be smoothly put down to the drilling pile position and accurately inserted and driven.
