The lower portion of the jacking cylinder is inserted into the cover plate in a lifting mode, and the upper portion of the jacking cylinder extends to the position above the cover plate. The jacking adjusting assemblies are arranged on the lower portion of the cover plate and located in the pipe pile, and the multiple sets of jacking adjusting assemblies are arranged in the circumferential direction of the lower portion of the cover plate at intervals. The jacking blocks are correspondingly arranged on the jacking adjusting assemblies correspondingly, and the bottom face of the jacking cylinder movably abuts against the tops of the jacking adjusting assemblies, so that the jacking blocks can abut against the inner wall of the pipe pile through the jacking adjusting assemblies correspondingly.
