The invention discloses grouting equipment for subway tunnel soil layer construction. According to the grouting equipment, a transmission solenoid is rotationally connected to a rack; the peripheral side face of the transmission solenoid is in transmission connection with an inner supporting assembly, and a positioning module is installed on the outer side of the inner supporting assembly. A grouting coil pipe driven by a motor is rotatably arranged in the transmission screw pipe, the grouting coil pipe is rotatably arranged on the rack, and the grouting coil pipe and the transmission screw pipe are coaxially arranged; the bottom of the grouting rotary pipe is fixedly communicated with a slurry guide pipe which is obliquely arranged downwards, the tail end of the slurry guide pipe is rotatably communicated with a slurry distribution rotary cylinder, and slurry penetrating holes are formed in the side wall of the slurry distribution rotary cylinder; and a fixed gear ring is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the transmission screw pipe, and the surface of the slurry distribution rotary cylinder is in transmission connection with the fixed gear ring through a linkage assembly, so that the equipment can efficiently complete grouting operation of pipe piles, deep holes and deep grooves in a subway tunnel soil layer.
