An opening is formed in the moving seat, a fixing ring is arranged at the bottom of the moving seat, and a connecting ring sleeves the fixing ring; a group of guide balls are rotationally arranged on the outer side wall of the connecting ring; an insertion hole is formed in the outer wall of the fixing ring; a first sliding groove is formed in the inner side wall of the connecting ring. The inner side wall of the first sliding groove is slidably connected with a fixing block through a first spring. A pushing piece is arranged on one side of the fixing block. A groove is formed in the top surface of the fixed block; second sliding grooves are formed in the inner side walls of the top ends of the first sliding grooves. Clamping blocks are slidably connected to the inner side walls of the top ends of the second sliding grooves through second springs. A lifting mechanism is arranged on the moving seat; and the lowered reinforcement cage is guided through the guide ball, and after the reinforcement cage is lowered to a designated position, the connecting ring and the fixing ring are separated through the lifting mechanism, so that the connecting ring and the guide ball are taken out of the pile hole to be reused.
