The invention discloses an anti-slide pile inter-pile plate steel bar positioning tool which comprises two pieces of round steel, an adjustable lead screw and a positioning block. Threads are arranged on two sides of the round steel bars which are parallel to each other, a loop is welded in the middle of each round steel bar, and the adjustable screw rod simultaneously passes through the loops of the two round steel bars and is adjusted and fixed by nuts; positioning blocks are arranged at the two ends of the round steel respectively, round steel holes are formed in the positioning blocks in the axis direction of the round steel, positioning rib holes are formed in the positioning blocks in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the round steel and the axis of the adjustable lead screw, and lead screw holes are formed in the positioning blocks in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the round steel and parallel to the axis of the adjustable lead screw; the positioning blocks are connected with the round steels through the round steel holes, the adjustable screw rods penetrate through the screw rod holes connected with the two round steels and are adjusted and fixed by nuts, and the positioning ribs penetrate through the positioning rib holes; the two ends of the round steel are fixed through end nuts. The tool can be used for positioning the inter-pile plate horizontal steel bars before crown beam construction, so that the accuracy of steel bar planting drilling positioning is improved, and anti-slide pile main steel bars on the two sides are prevented from being drilled or even damaged during steel bar planting drilling.
