The fabricated viscoelastic damper comprises two connecting blocks which are oppositely hinged, viscoelastic damping assemblies are arranged at the lower ends of the two connecting blocks, and the viscoelastic damping assemblies can make the connecting blocks move relatively and limit rotation of the connecting blocks. The two connecting blocks are used for being detachably connected with a beam structure. The viscoelastic damper is a fabricated and replaceable beam hinge type device working in stages, the problem that the vertical shear bearing capacity of a replaceable component structure is insufficient is solved, meanwhile, the connecting piece with the viscoelastic damper can meet the anti-seismic design requirement by combining the metal damper and the viscoelastic damper, and the connecting piece with the viscoelastic damper has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to use. The beam-column joint structure meets the requirements of joint elasticity under small earthquakes and joint plasticity under medium and large earthquakes, so that the beam-column joint structure still keeps good energy dissipation capacity under the action of earthquakes, and the beam-column joint structure can be connected in an on-site full-assembly mode, and is high in construction speed and easy to operate.
