The mounting plate is detachably arranged on the fixing frame B, a movable rod is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate, and a locking piece A is arranged on the mounting plate. The sliding seat is arranged on the movable rod in a sliding manner, and a locking piece B is arranged on the sliding seat. The switching rods are symmetrically and rotationally arranged on the sliding seat, and the switching rods on the two sides are rotationally connected with the same connecting seat.
