The invention discloses a precast beam with cable-stayed holes and a beam-column connecting structure of the precast beam. The precast beam with the cable-stayed holes comprises a precast beam body; a cable-stayed hole channel is formed from the end surface to the bottom surface of the precast beam body; the cable-stayed ducts are divided into two groups by taking the middle point of the precast beam body as the center and are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the precast beam body. The beam column connecting structure comprises main body structural parts and the precast beam with the inclined pulling hole, wherein the precast beam is connected between the main body structural parts. One end of the prestressed tendon is fixed to the bottom face of the precast beam body, and the other end of the prestressed tendon penetrates through the main body structural part to be tensioned and fastened.
