The invention discloses a construction method of a constructional column with concrete flush with a top plate. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, pouring a floor slab of a building; 2, vertical ribs are hung on the fixing ribs; 3, fixedly connecting the dismounting rib and the fixing rib; step 4, mounting a hoop; 5, a wall body is manufactured; 6, a limiting pipe and a guide pipe are installed; 7, building a template; 8, pouring the constructional column body; and step 9, removing the mold. The construction method has the effect of improving the integrality that the concrete of the constructional column and the concrete of the floor slab are solidified into a whole.
