The invention discloses a supporting stand column device for a formwork system and a construction installation method.The supporting stand column device for the formwork system comprises a combined guide seat, a supporting frame, an oil cylinder support, a driving oil cylinder, an upper reversing box and a lower reversing box, the combined guide seat comprises two oppositely-arranged guide seats, and guide wheel mechanisms are arranged in the guide seats; mounting notches are formed in the guide wheel mechanism, and the mounting notches of the two guide seats can be inserted into the limiting edges of the supporting frame from the two sides of the supporting frame to form a limiting structure. The construction and installation method comprises the steps that firstly, the oil cylinder support is lifted to a new working layer, then the combined guide base at the bottommost part is dismantled, and then the supporting frame is jacked to the new working layer through the driving oil cylinder. By the adoption of the hanger, the guide seat and the supporting frame can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, the jacking sequence between the supporting frame and the oil cylinder support can be improved, and therefore the installation space and the input cost of the hanger are saved.
