O-shaped ring vacuum sealing box
The O-shaped ring vacuum sealing box is provided with a box body, a door, a hinge and a door lock; the box body is provided with a sealing opening, a baffle plate and an exhaust hole; the door frame is provided with an outer door frame, an inner door frame, O-shaped sealing rings and a door hole. An outer frame hinging hole, an inner frame hinging shaft, a sealing groove and a lock sealing ring are arranged; and the lock body and the lock are sealed. An object needing vacuum treatment is placed in the box body, the door is closed, the door lock is twisted, and the door is locked. And the exhaust hole is connected into a vacuum pump for exhausting. And after exhausting, deflating and opening the door to finish the vacuum treatment of the object. The outer door frame rotates along with a shaft of the hinge to drive the inner door frame to enable the sealing groove and the O-shaped sealing ring to be inserted into the sealing opening of the box body; in the process, the edge, close to the hinge, of the door inner frame firstly makes contact with the edge, close to the hinge, of the box body sealing opening, torsion is generated, the door inner frame rotates around the inner frame hinge shaft, and the door inner frame is aligned to the box body sealing opening; the transverse alignment is realized by moving an inner frame hinge shaft in an oval outer frame hinge hole; the baffle plate is used for preventing dust from polluting the O-shaped sealing ring.
O形圈真空密封箱具有：箱体、门、合页、门锁；箱体密封口、遮挡板、排气孔；门外框、门内框、O形密封圈、门孔；外框铰接孔、内框铰接轴、密封凹槽、锁密封环；锁体、锁密封。把需要真空处理的物件放入箱体中，把门合上，扭动门锁，锁上门。把排气孔接入真空泵进行排气。排气后，放气，打开门，完成物件的真空处理。门外框随合页的轴转动，带动门内框一起使得密封凹槽连同O形密封圈插入箱体密封口中；在此过程中，门内框的靠近合页的边沿先接触箱体密封口的靠近合页边沿，产生一个扭力使得门内框绕内框铰接轴转动，使得门内框和箱体密封口对齐；横向对齐靠内框铰接轴，在卵形外框铰接孔中移动实现；遮挡板的作用是，防止灰尘污染O形密封圈。
