The present invention relates to an oxide-based thin film sintered body, an oxide-based solid electrolyte sheet, and an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery including the same, and provides an oxide-based thin film sintered body which includes oxide particles having an energy band gap of 0.1 to 15 eV, absorbs light energy in a wavelength range of 10 to 1200 nm, and has a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 to 3 [mu] m. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce an oxide-based solid electrolyte sheet having excellent durability and ionic conductivity, while appropriately forming a connection form between particles by light sintering, and having excellent particle shape, density, and the like, and having no phenomenon of peeling from a substrate.
本发明涉及氧化物系薄膜烧结体、氧化物系固体电解质片及包括其的全固态锂二次电池,提供氧化物系薄膜烧结体,包括能带隙为0.1至15eV的氧化物颗粒,吸收10至1200nm波长范围的光能,表面粗糙度Ra为0.1至3μm。根据本发明能够通过光烧结适当形成颗粒之间的连接形态、颗粒形状、稠密度等,耐久度及离子导电率优异,且在不发生从基板剥离的现象的情况下制造氧化物系固体电解质片。
