[Solution] The present invention provides a configuration for controlling the opening area of a first flow rate control valve (30) for an arm on the basis of a target supply flow rate to an arm cylinder (9), a target pressure difference between a first hydraulic pump (A) and the supply pressure to the arm cylinder (9), and the opening area of a supply valve passage (25e) to a reversing valve for the arm, during the interlocking operation of the slewer motor (11) and the arm cylinder (9), the pressure difference is set to be large as the operation amount of the slewer manipulator increases, and the opening area of the arm first flow control valve (30) is set to be small as the pressure difference increases.
