The invention discloses a cementing material for low-alkali fertilizer-efficiency slow-release vegetation concrete and a preparation method of the cementing material. The cementing material is prepared from 40-65 parts of slag sulphoaluminate cement, 3-30 parts of high-belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 5-10 parts of modified sepiolite, 2-5 parts of phosphorus-containing waste, 1-5 parts of clay minerals and 2-12 parts of electrolytic manganese residues. The cementing material disclosed by the invention is applied to base vegetation concrete and has the characteristics of low alkalinity pH value, low hydration heat and high early-stage and later-stage strength; more effective internal curing materials can be provided, and the early-stage crack resistance of the concrete is improved; the pH value of the cementing material is reasonably and effectively adjusted by adopting the solid waste material, the pH value range is wide, germination and rooting of plant seeds are facilitated, effective fertilizer is loaded, and the fertilizer efficiency is slowly released; storage and release of water, fertilizer ions or molecules are controlled, and water storage in rainy seasons and release in dry seasons of the base vegetation concrete, load storage of the fertilizer ions or molecules in the topdressing period and slow release in the later period are achieved.
