The invention discloses wharf surface layer anti-crack concrete and a preparation method thereof. The wharf surface layer anti-crack concrete is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of low hydration heat cement; 50 to 100 parts of fly ash; 1500 to 2000 parts of aggregate; 5-10 parts of a retarding type water reducing agent; and 140 to 160 parts of water. According to the invention, the early temperature rise value of the concrete is reduced, the cement with low hydration heat is adopted, and the retarding type water reducing agent is used; the sand content, the water-binder ratio and the water consumption are controlled by combining the mix proportion design of the anti-crack concrete; the pumping concrete is suitable for being doped with a proper amount of fly ash, the mixing amount and the mass of the fly ash meet regulations, and the slump is selected as small as possible when the pumping condition is met so as to reduce shrinkage deformation.
本发明公开了一种码头面层抗裂混凝土及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:低水化热水泥200‑300份;粉煤灰50‑100份;骨料1500‑2000份;缓凝型减水剂5‑10份;水140‑160份。本发明,减小砼早期温度上升值,采用水化热低的水泥,使用缓凝型减水剂;结合抗裂混凝土的配合比设计,控制含砂率和水胶比、用水量;泵送混凝土宜掺适量粉煤灰,粉煤灰掺量和质量应符合规定,坍落度在满足泵送条件下尽量选小值,以减少收缩变形。
