The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to steam-curing-free aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof.The steam-curing-free aerated concrete is prepared from, by mass, 30%-47% of fly ash, 18%-35% of coal gangue, 12%-27% of carbide slag and 15%-22% of quick lime; the fly ash is fly ash, the coal gangue, the carbide slag and the quick lime are mixed, the activator and the gas-forming material are further included, the adding amount of the activator is 2-4% of the mass of the fly ash, and the adding amount of the gas-forming material is 0.08-0.1% of the sum of the mass of the fly ash, the coal gangue, the carbide slag and the quick lime. According to the steam-curing-free aerated concrete, a large amount of industrial solid waste is utilized, the mixing amount reaches up to 80% or above, resource utilization of the industrial solid waste can be achieved, the cost of raw materials of enterprises is reduced, pollution to the environment can be reduced, and cement is omitted; a high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing mode is replaced by a normal-temperature and normal-pressure curing mode, energy consumed by curing is greatly reduced, carbon emission is reduced, the preparation process is simple, and the prepared aerated concrete is small in dry density, high in strength and considerable in economic benefit.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种免蒸养加气混凝土及其制备方法,包括按质量百分比计的如下组分:粉煤灰30‑47%、煤矸石18‑35%、电石渣12‑27%、生石灰15‑22%;还包括激发剂和发气材料,所述激发剂的添加量为所述粉煤灰质量的2‑4%,所述发气材料的添加量为所述粉煤灰、所述煤矸石、所述电石渣、所述生石灰质量之和的0.08‑0.1%。本发明的免蒸养加气混凝土大量利用工业固废,掺量高达80%以上,不仅能够实现工业固废的资源化利用,降低企业原材料方面的成本,还能降低对环境的污染,省去水泥的使用;且本发明以常温常压的养护方式替代高温高压蒸养的方式,极大的减少养护所耗能源,减少碳排放,且制备工艺简单,制得的加气混凝土干密度小,强度高,经济效益可观。
