The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a graphite disc sintered by hard alloy, which belongs to the technical field of hard alloy sintering, and adopts the following forming agents in percentage by weight: 50-60% of organic solvent, 20-25% of polyacrylic resin, 8-15% of paraffin, 3-5% of cross-linking agent, 2-5% of dispersing agent, 5-8% of water repellent agent, 1-2% of CPP (Chlorinated Polypropylene) and the like. The hard alloy mainly comprises brittle powder such as indissolvable metal tungsten carbide and the like, so that the hard alloy is difficult to form by using a conventional forming process, and can be formed only by adding some organic solvents as forming agents. Compared with products in the same industry, the manufacturing method of the graphite boat in the hard alloy sintering field can achieve the purposes of being long in service life and small in poor product bending.
