SiC ceramic-based composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a SiC ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic-based composites.The preparation method comprises the steps that organic resin is dissolved in a dissolving solution, and an organic dissolving solution is obtained; mixing the organic dissolving solution and inorganic powder, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain a liquid premix; adding a precipitation agent into the liquid premix for precipitation to obtain resin-coated wet powder; sequentially washing and drying the wet powder to obtain resin-coated powder; and sequentially carrying out hot press molding, carbonization and metal infiltration on the resin-coated powder to obtain the SiC ceramic-based composite material. According to the preparation method of the SiC ceramic-based composite material, spray granulation or high-speed mechanical pulverization does not need to be carried out on powder for the organically coated SiC ceramic-based composite material in the preparation process, and compared with traditional chopped fiber powder, the length of reinforced fibers such as carbon fibers and silicon carbide is guaranteed, and the strength and toughness of the SiC ceramic-based composite material are improved.
本发明公开了一种SiC陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法和应用,属于陶瓷基复合材料技术领域,本发明通过将有机树脂溶解于溶解液中,得到有机溶解液;将有机溶解液和无机粉体混合,搅拌分散均匀,得到液体预混料;向液体预混料中加入析出剂沉淀析出,得到树脂包覆的湿粉体;将湿粉体依次经过水洗、干燥,得到树脂包覆的粉体;将树脂包覆的粉体依次经过热压成型、碳化、金属熔渗,得到SiC陶瓷基复合材料。该SiC陶瓷基复合材料制备方法中不需要对制备过程中有机包覆的SiC陶瓷基复合材料用粉料进行喷雾造粒或者高速机械粉碎,相较于传统短切纤维粉料,保证了碳纤维、碳化硅等增强纤维的长度,提高了SiC陶瓷基复合材料的强度和韧性。
