The fabricated comb tooth expansion joint comprises beam end parts located on the two sides of the expansion joint, profile steel assemblies are installed on the beam end parts, the two profile steel assemblies are oppositely arranged, and the profile steel assemblies are connected with the corresponding beam end parts through a plurality of anchor bolt assemblies; the supporting components and the U-shaped stiffening ribs are further bonded to the corresponding beam ends through ultra-high-performance filling materials, the comb plate is flush with the top of the road surface, a cavity defined by the supporting components, the comb plate, the road surface and the beam ends is filled with the ultra-high-performance filling materials, and a plurality of leveling screw holes are further formed in the top of the comb plate. The leveling screw holes are located between every two adjacent U-shaped stiffening ribs.
