The thin-wall UHPC drainage channel splicing structure for the bridge comprises a plurality of drainage channels integrally prefabricated through ultra-high performance concrete, the drainage channels are in end-to-end butt joint to form a drainage pipeline and installed on the two sides of a bridge body in a suspended mode, the middle section of each drainage channel is of a thin-wall structure, and the wall thickness of the two ends of each drainage channel is larger than that of the middle section. U-shaped notches are symmetrically formed in the inner walls of the end opening parts of the two ends of the drainage grooves, after the adjacent drainage grooves are spliced, the U-shaped notches in the butt joint position are combined into a U-shaped caulking groove with an opening in the upper portion, a socket head is inserted into the U-shaped caulking groove, and the socket head and the U-shaped caulking groove are connected in a sealed mode through sealant and/or a sealing strip. A through hole matched with the drainage channel is formed in the middle of the socket head. The invention further provides an installation method of the thin-wall UHPC drainage channel. According to the splicing structure, the requirement for the splicing construction precision is lowered, the construction difficulty is lowered, the construction convenience and efficiency are improved, and the structural strength of the splicing position is improved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁用薄壁UHPC排水槽拼接结构,包括多节采用超高性能混凝土一体预制而成排水槽,多节排水槽首尾对接形成排水管道并悬挂安装于桥体两侧,排水槽中段采用薄壁结构,排水槽两端的壁厚大于中段的壁厚,在排水槽的两端端口部内壁对称设置有U型槽口,相邻排水槽拼接后,对接处的U型槽口组合成一个上部开口的U型嵌槽,在U型嵌槽内插接有承插头,承插头与U型嵌槽之间通过密封胶和/或密封条密封连接,承插头中部设有与排水通道相匹配的通孔。本发明还提供了该薄壁UHPC排水槽的安装方法。本发明的拼接结构,降低了对拼接的施工精度要求,降低了施工难度,提高了施工的便利性和效率,并增加了拼接处的结构强度。
