The invention relates to a construction method for upward splicing, vertical rotating, transverse moving and integral lifting installation of arch ribs of a steel box arch bridge, which comprises the following steps of: splicing the arch ribs on two sides of piers on two banks in an upward splicing manner along the bridge direction, vertically rotating after splicing, transversely moving the arch ribs towards the axis of the bridge after vertically rotating in place and closing, and finally lifting and installing the arch ribs by adopting an integral lifting method. According to the construction method, the construction mode of upward splicing, vertical rotating and then transverse moving is adopted, the influence of a main pier body on arch rib splicing and rotating can be avoided, arch rib section bridge site splicing is achieved, and river navigation is not affected; after the transverse movement is in place, the arch rib is integrally lifted and mounted by adopting a large-section lifting method, so that the overwater operation amount is small, the channel occupation time is short, the investment of large equipment is small, and the cost is low; cast-in-place beam construction can be carried out after the arch rib is rotated, and the overall construction progress of a project can be accelerated.
本发明涉及钢箱拱桥拱肋仰拼竖转横移及整体提升安装施工方法,在两岸桥墩两侧顺桥向采用仰拼方式拼装拱肋,拼装完成后进行竖转,竖转到位并合龙后,将拱肋向桥轴线横移,最后采用整体提升法提升安装拱肋。本发明采用先仰拼竖转再横移的施工方式,可避免主墩墩身对拱肋拼装及转体的影响,实现拱肋节段桥位拼装,且不影响河道通航;横移到位后,采用大节段提升法整体提升安装拱肋,水上作业量少,占用航道时间短,而且大型设备投入少,成本低;拱肋转体后即可进行现浇梁施工,可加快项目总体施工进度。
