The water-saving and greening integrated protection structure comprises a slope water storage structure, a greening ecological groove and a protection structure body. The side slope water storage structure comprises water collecting channels excavated in a side slope, the tops of the water collecting channels are covered with permeation cover plates, the water collecting channels of different heights are communicated through drainage pipes, and automatic water intercepting devices are arranged on the drainage pipes. A greening ecological groove for planting plants is formed in the top of the side slope water storage structure; a protection structure used for reinforcing the side slope is arranged on the side slope. Rainwater in the rainfall concentration period is collected through the side slope water storage structure and the water storage part of the greening ecological groove, and water resources are fully utilized through water absorption cotton swabs, permeable membranes and other structures of the ecological water storage groove in the drought period. And the protection structure guarantees the stability of the side slope and is suitable for the soil side slope with the gradient smaller than 60 degrees.
