Fabricated anchor cable steel frame structure for existing line slope reinforcement and construction method
An assembly type anchor cable steel frame structure comprises an anchoring node component, two steel cross beam components and two steel longitudinal beam components. The structural sizes of the steel longitudinal beam components and the steel transverse beam components are consistent; bolt holes are reserved in the ends of the steel cross beams, the steel longitudinal beams and the anchoring joint components, and all the components and the adjacent steel frame beams are connected through the steel base plates and the reserved bolt holes through bolts to form the complete cross-shaped assembly type anchor cable steel frame beam. A traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame beam is replaced by the asymmetrical I-shaped steel frame capable of being assembled, the assembly process is simple and convenient, and the situation that the construction period is limited due to concrete curing is avoided; the asymmetric I-shaped steel frame produced in a factory standardization mode is high in forming quality, and the steel bearing capacity is far higher than that of reinforced concrete; the single steel member is light in weight, can be manually or mechanically hoisted in site construction, and can better adapt to the characteristic of limited working space of the existing line.
一种装配式锚索钢框架结构,包括锚固节点构件、2个钢横梁构件、2个钢纵梁构件;构件均采用工字钢截面,钢纵梁构件与钢横梁构件结构尺寸均一致;钢横梁、钢纵梁、锚固节点构件端部均预留螺栓孔,各构件、相邻钢框架梁通过钢垫板+预留螺栓孔采用螺栓连接后形成一个完整的十字型装配式锚索钢框架梁。本发明通过可装配的非对称工字型钢框架代替传统现浇式钢筋混凝土框架梁,装配式工序简便,避免了因混凝土养护而制约工期;工厂标准化生产的非对称工字型钢框架成型质量高,钢材承载能力远高于钢筋混凝土;采用单个钢构件质量较轻,现场施工中可采用人工或小型机械吊装,可较好的适应既有线作业空间有限的特点。
