The invention provides a construction method of a laminated top longitudinal beam of a fabricated underground station. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of sections of prefabricated top plates are longitudinally spliced to the corresponding positions of a partial structure of the fabricated underground station; s2, a prestressed steel strand is tensioned and anchored at the top longitudinal beam prefabricated part; s2, building a downward turning part of the top longitudinal beam; s4, a top longitudinal beam prefabricated part at the position of the beam-column joint and a reserved steel bar of the middle stand column are staggered and mutually anchored, and UHPC is poured at the beam-column joint part to form a rigid joint; and S5, building an upturning part of the top longitudinal beam. The method is fast in construction progress and high in construction efficiency. When the covering soil of the station is thicker, the I-shaped steel is also inserted, so that the bending-shear bearing capacity of the top longitudinal beam is improved.
本发明提供了一种装配式地下车站叠合式顶纵梁的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1,将若干节段的预制顶板纵向拼装至装配式地下车站部分结构的对应位置;S2,在顶纵梁预制部分张拉并锚固预应力钢绞线;S2,建造顶纵梁下翻部分;S4,在梁柱节点的位置的顶纵梁预制部分与中立柱的预留钢筋错开互锚,并在所述梁柱节点部分浇筑UHPC混凝土形成刚性节点;S5,建造顶纵梁上翻部分。本方法施工进度快,施工效率高。在车站覆土较厚时也有插入工型钢的解决办法,提高顶纵梁的抗弯剪承载力。
