The invention relates to an embedded culvert robot desilting system which comprises a desilting robot used for entering an embedded culvert to discharge silt. The mud-water separation system is used for carrying out mud-water separation on the sludge discharged by the dredging robot, and sludge solidification treatment is achieved; the control host is used for remotely controlling the desilting robot to perform desilting operation and controlling the mud-water separation system to perform mud-water separation operation; and the sludge transporting vehicle is used for transporting the sludge treated by the sludge-water separation system to a bottom mud treatment plant for centralized innocent treatment. On the premise that normal drainage of the buried culvert is not interrupted and operators do not enter, remote wireless control of ground control personnel can be achieved through the desilting hopper and the mud pipe. And the first robot conveys the sludge into the sludge-water separation equipment, separated clear water is discharged back to the river and the canal, and the sludge is directly conveyed to a bottom mud treatment plant by a closed vehicle for centralized harmless treatment.
