The invention discloses a building photovoltaic integrated roof structure which comprises a roof body. The heat preservation assembly comprises a plurality of first U-shaped supports and second U-shaped supports which are arranged in pairs, and U-shaped openings of the first U-shaped supports are downwards connected with the extending edges of the roof body; the waterproof assembly comprises waterproof plywood clamped on the second U-shaped support and a waterproof bottom layer filled between the waterproof plywood and the heat preservation layer; the water guiding assembly comprises a plurality of third U-shaped supports arranged above the waterproof plywood in a clamped mode, a plurality of supporting rods with the same height are arranged on the third U-shaped supports, a plurality of water guiding grooves which form grids in a criss-cross mode are formed in the supporting rods, and the water guiding grooves communicate with one another; and the photovoltaic module is arranged in the grid formed by the water guide grooves. The system can be installed on any building roof, and the roof, the heat preservation layer and the waterproof layer do not need to be longitudinally perforated.
