Comprising a supporting plate, a rotating assembly is arranged on the supporting plate, a supporting rod is installed on the rotating assembly, a ball seat assembly is installed at the upper end of the supporting rod, the ball seat assembly comprises a ball seat and a ball head, and a screw is installed on the ball head; an angle adjusting notch and an angle positioning groove are formed in the upper portion of the ball seat and arranged oppositely, strip-shaped angle positioning holes are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the angle positioning groove, of the ball seat, and the angle positioning holes in the two sides are arranged in a staggered mode. The ball head is provided with an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is connected with the angle positioning groove in a sliding mode, the adjusting bolt is sleeved with a positioning plate, and the positioning plate is arranged in the angle positioning hole. When the scaffold is erected on the inclined ground, construction is simple and fast, and manual use is reduced; the labor intensity of constructors is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the safety is improved, the device can be used repeatedly, and the engineering cost is saved.
