Novel construction method of cast-in-place special-shaped beam structure
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a novel construction method of a cast-in-place special-shaped beam structure, which comprises the following steps: step 1, segmenting; a plurality of special-shaped beams are segmented one by one, and a cutting device needs to be used; the cutting device comprises a base and a cutting mechanism, limiting parts are arranged on the two sides of the base in the width direction of the base, each limiting part comprises a fixing shaft fixedly connected with the base and a sliding groove formed in the base, the two sides of each fixing shaft are rotationally connected with limiting blocks, torsional springs are arranged between the limiting blocks and the fixing shafts, and the two limiting blocks are arranged in a V shape. Sliding blocks abutting against the limiting blocks are connected into the sliding grooves in a sliding mode. The cutting device further comprises an adjusting mechanism used for adjusting the distance between the two sliding blocks. Step 2, forming; step 3, laying; step 4, supporting; step 5, fixing; and sixthly, pouring is conducted. According to the scheme, the problem that in an existing construction method, the working efficiency of a segmented treatment mode is low is mainly solved.
