The invention belongs to the technical field of prefabricated part hoisting, and particularly relates to a prefabricated part hoisting positioning device which comprises first clamps fixed to the four corners of a base. By arranging a first clamp, a second clamp and an auxiliary positioning assembly, under connection of the auxiliary positioning assembly, a prefabricated column and a base can be controlled to be in a corresponding state all the time until a hole in the bottom of the prefabricated column is matched with a reinforcing steel bar on the base in an inserted mode, and then a crane is controlled to continue lowering the prefabricated column till the bottom face of the prefabricated column is attached to the surface of the base; mounting of the prefabricated column is completed; in the hoisting and mounting process of the prefabricated column, the aim of aligning in the lowering process of the prefabricated column can be achieved through the first clamp, the second clamp and the auxiliary positioning assembly, that is, after the prefabricated column is hoisted to the position over the base, the prefabricated column and the base are kept in the corresponding state all the time, and insertion matching of a hole in the bottom of the prefabricated column and a reinforcing steel bar does not need to be assisted by constructors; prefabricated column installation time is saved, and prefabricated column construction efficiency is improved.
