The invention discloses a building shock insulation rubber support dismounting and mounting device and a dismounting and mounting method thereof.The device comprises a dismounting and mounting force application mechanism and a distance adjusting force bearing mechanism, the dismounting and mounting force application mechanism comprises a bearing plate, a dismounting and mounting oil cylinder, a dismounting and mounting connecting base and a left end dismounting and mounting head, and the distance adjusting force bearing mechanism comprises a distance adjusting oil cylinder, a distance adjusting oil cylinder connecting base and a right end dismounting and mounting head; the method comprises the following steps that firstly, kerosene is injected into the connecting position of the support to be disassembled; secondly, guide mechanisms are installed on the upper-layer structure and the lower-layer structure of the support to be disassembled; thirdly, hydraulic jacking devices are installed on the two sides of the support to be disassembled; fourthly, a dismounting device is installed between every two adjacent shock insulation rubber supports; fifthly, the to-be-disassembled support at the left end is disassembled; sixthly, a new support is mounted, and the hydraulic jacking device is dismounted; and seventhly, the dismounting device is driven to rotate to dismount the other to-be-dismounted support at the right end and mount a new support. The device is reasonable in design, and the shock insulation rubber support losing the bearing function can be rapidly and safely disassembled and assembled.
