The invention discloses a vacuum chamber. The vacuum cabin comprises a cabin body, a cabin door, an opening and closing mechanism, a sealing assembly and a locking mechanism. The cabin body is provided with an accommodating space and an opening, and the accommodating space is communicated with the opening; the cabin door is rotatably mounted at the opening; the opening and closing mechanism is arranged on the first side of the cabin body and comprises a first driving motor and a rotating assembly, the cabin door is connected to the rotating assembly, and the first driving motor is in driving connection with the rotating assembly to drive the rotating assembly to rotate, so that the opening is closed or opened by the cabin door; the sealing assembly is arranged on the cabin body and surrounds the periphery of the opening; the multiple locking mechanisms are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the opening, and the locking mechanisms are connected between the cabin door and the cabin body so as to be at least used for applying abutting force to different positions of the periphery of the cabin door. The problems that in the prior art, the sealing performance is poor due to the fact that a sealing ring between a cabin body and a cabin door is uneven in stress, the cabin door is difficult to open and close due to the fact that the cabin door is manually rotated, and the labor cost is high can be solved.
