The invention relates to a concrete mix proportion design method which comprises the following steps: S1, determining a water-binder ratio and theoretical water consumption according to preset concrete strength grade and slump as well as performance parameters of concrete, and further determining the water consumption according to preset admixture dosage; s2, determining the use amount of a cementing material according to the preset anti-permeability grade of concrete and the water-binder ratio and the use amount of water obtained in S1, and determining the use amount of each component in the cementing material; and S3, according to the performance parameters of each component in the concrete and the water-binder ratio obtained in the S1, determining the sand ratio required for reaching the strength grade and the impermeability grade of the concrete, and further determining the dosage of each component in the aggregate. Based on preset concrete working performance indexes, by adjusting the water-binder ratio and the sand ratio, the requirement for dual control over the strength grades of C50, C55 and C60 and the anti-permeability grades of P10 and P12 of concrete is met, and operation is easy and convenient.
