The invention discloses an all-insulation overhead line which comprises a plurality of telegraph poles and overhead lines erected among the telegraph poles, pole transformers are arranged between the telegraph poles and the overhead lines, and the pole transformers are connected into the overhead lines through pole transformer high-voltage downleads, drop-out fuses, fuse cross arms and connecting wire clamps. A pole transformer low-voltage pile head on the low-voltage side of the pole transformer is led to each user through a cable; the rod transformer high-voltage downlead is connected with the high-voltage side of the rod transformer through a quick connector; the drop-out fuse is a closed type all-insulation fuse; the fuse cross arm adopts an insulating cross arm; a wire clamp insulating cover is arranged outside the connecting wire clamp in a covering manner; and a pile head insulating cover is arranged outside the pole transformer low-pressure pile head in a covering manner. According to the 10kV overhead all-insulation line, all-insulation transformation is carried out on a 10kV overhead line in the prior art, the defect of the line on the inductive lightning overvoltage prevention capability can be overcome, and the lightning trip-out rate is reduced.
