The invention discloses a composite reinforcement belt (1) comprising:-a covering bladder (2) surrounding a plurality of longitudinal channels (3, 4) deploying parallel to a longitudinal deployment direction (X) of the composite reinforcement belt (1) and arranged in succession between opposite lateral ends (1a) of the composite reinforcement belt (1); -a plurality of longitudinal reinforcement fibres (3a) arranged within the reinforcement channel (3) of the plurality of longitudinal channels (3, 4); and-a plurality of longitudinal permeable fibers (4a) arranged within at least one permeable channel (4) of the plurality of longitudinal channels (3, 4). The cover bladder (2) has a plurality of surface openings (5) leading to the at least one permeable channel (4) at least at an upper surface (2a) of the cover bladder (2) opposite the lower surface (2b) of the cover bladder (2) so as to define fluid communication between the plurality of longitudinal permeable fibers (4a) and the external environment.
