Waterborne polyurethane modified rapid hardening grouting material and preparation method and grouting method thereof
The invention discloses a waterborne polyurethane modified rapid-hardening grouting material as well as a preparation method and a grouting method thereof. The grouting material is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 parts of sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 131.25 parts of gypsum, 18.75 parts of lime and 3-30 parts of polyurethane. The raw materials comprise polyurethane as an organic inclusion, so that the mechanical property of the grouting material can be improved, and the influence on the setting and hardening behaviors of the grouting material is small. Wherein the cationic waterborne polyurethane shows a better effect, and shows better crystal form regulation and strength enhancement of a hydration product. The problems of water inrush and pavement void of underground engineering are effectively solved, a grouting process is provided for various engineering diseases, the product can be rapidly filled, the strength and fluidity of the product are higher than 170 mm, the setting time of the product is about 30 min, and the characteristics of high flow state-rapid hardening-early stage are met. By adding polyurethane, the crystal structure and form of a sulphoaluminate cement hydrated product are changed, and guarantee is provided for improving the performance of the grouting material.
本发明公开了一种水性聚氨酯改性快速硬化型注浆料及其制法和注浆方法,该注浆料主要由以下重量份比例的原料制成:硫铝酸盐水泥熟料150份、石膏131.25份、石灰18.75份、聚氨酯3‑30份。本发明原料中包括了聚氨酯作为有机夹杂物,其不但能够提高注浆料的力学性能,而且对注浆料的凝结硬化行为的影响不大。其中,阳离子水性聚氨酯表现出更佳的效果,在水化产物晶型调控和强度增强表现更佳。本发明有效解决了地下工程突涌水及道面脱空病害,为多种工程病害提供了注浆流程,该产品能够快速填充并形成强度,流动性高于170mm,凝结时间在30min左右,满足高流态‑快硬‑早期的特性。通过添加聚氨酯改变了硫铝酸盐水泥水化产物的晶体结构和形态,为注浆料性能提升提供保障。
