The method comprises the following steps: mixing high-entropy carbonitride (Ti0. 2Ta0. 2Nb0. 2Mo0. 2W0. 2) (CnN1-n), 0.25 < = n < = 0.75, alpha-Si3N4, MgO and Re2O3, carrying out ball milling and drying to obtain mixed powder, carrying out spark plasma sintering on the mixed powder, heating to 1600-1700 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 10-15 minutes to obtain the high-wear-resistance silicon nitride ceramic. According to the invention, the alpha-Si3N4 powder is introduced into the high-entropy carbonitride powder, so that the prepared silicon nitride ceramic has excellent interface bonding and high wear resistance, and can be applied to ceramic bearing balls or cutting superhard cutters.
