Method for preparing silicon carbide ceramic fiber by combining sol-gel and dry spinning
The invention discloses a method for preparing silicon carbide ceramic fibers by combining sol-gel and dry spinning. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a second silicon-based sol, and adding a spinning auxiliary agent to prepare a spinnable silicon-based sol; 2) preparing the spinnable silicon-based sol into a fiber precursor by adopting a dry spinning process; 3) splitting the fiber precursor into silicon-carbon-oxygen fibers; and 4) sintering the silicon-carbon-oxygen fiber into the silicon carbide ceramic fiber. The method is different from a mainstream polycarbosilane precursor method for preparing the silicon carbide ceramic fiber, does not need a non-melting treatment process, has the advantages of controllable composition, low raw material cost, simple process and the like, and has important significance on low-cost preparation of the silicon carbide ceramic fiber.
本发明公开了一种结合溶胶凝胶与干法纺丝的制备碳化硅陶瓷纤维的方法。本发明方法包括:1)配置第二硅基溶胶后,加入纺丝助剂,制备可纺丝硅基溶胶;2)采用干法纺丝工艺将可纺丝硅基溶胶制成纤维原丝;3)将纤维原丝裂解为硅碳氧纤维;4)将硅碳氧纤维烧结为碳化硅陶瓷纤维。本发明方法区别于主流的聚碳硅烷前驱体法制备碳化硅陶瓷纤维,该方法无需不熔化处理工艺,具有组成可调控、原料成本低和工艺简单等优点,对于碳化硅陶瓷纤维的低成本制备具有重要意义。
