A cable rotation channel is arranged in the anchorage structure; the cable rotating saddles are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the cable rotating channel, and the main cable saddle is arranged on the central axis of the top of the cable rotating channel. The cable adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the cable rotation channel, and a cable sequentially passes through the cable adjusting mechanism, the cable rotating saddle and the main cable saddle on the top of the cable rotation channel on the same side and then sequentially passes through the cable rotating saddle and the cable adjusting mechanism on the other side to complete rotation. The cable adjusting mechanism is fixedly arranged in the cable rotating channel and comprises a clamping part and a height adjusting mechanism, the clamping part is used for fixing a cable, and the height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the set height of the clamping part, so that the cable can horizontally enter the cable rotating saddle or rotate out of the cable rotating saddle along the designed height; and the linear fluency of the cable entering the anchorage system and rotating out of the anchorage system is improved.
