The invention discloses a transporting and installing device and method for a prefabricated box girder, and the device comprises a guide-in frame (1) which is used for positioning a prefabricated box girder (10) to be installed on prefabricated cover beams (30), and a transporting and jacking vehicle (3) which is used for installing the prefabricated box girder (10) to be installed in an installing bin between the two prefabricated cover beams (30). The position of the prefabricated box girder (10) to be installed is corrected with the installed prefabricated box girder (20) as the standard, and the prefabricated box girder (10) to be installed enters the installation bin in the inclined state and slides onto the prefabricated cover beam (30) in the inclined state through the transportation jacking vehicle (3). The prefabricated box girder (10) to be installed is in an installation state that the two side faces of the prefabricated box girder (10) to be installed are distributed in an L shape and are contacted, and the technical problems that a semitrailer is used for transporting the prefabricated box girder to a high-speed bridge construction site, the prefabricated box girder is hoisted through a hoisting machine, and then the prefabricated box girder is installed between two adjacent prefabricated cover beams (30) are solved.
