The invention provides an intelligent anti-scour device and method for an underwater bridge pier, the device comprises a protective rotary impeller mechanism arranged on the periphery of the bridge pier, and blades on the protective rotary impeller mechanism drive the outer ring of an impeller to rotate around the bridge pier under the action of water flow; the lifting mechanism is arranged between the pier and the protective rotating impeller mechanism and used for driving the whole protective rotating impeller mechanism to move up and down in the height direction of the pier; the water level information acquisition module is used for acquiring water level and water depth information near the pier; a signal receiving end of the control center is connected with the water level information acquisition module, and a signal output end of the control center is connected with the lifting mechanism. When the pier needs to be protected and the incoming flow condition near the pier changes, the underwater height of the protection rotating impeller can be intelligently adjusted, so that the protection rotating impeller is just located at the position where downstream water flow in front of the pier is located; therefore, the water flow structure near the pier is changed, and anti-scour protection of the underwater pier is achieved.
本发明提出了一种水下桥墩智能防冲刷装置与方法,该装置包括防护旋转叶轮机构,设置在桥墩外围,防护旋转叶轮机构上的叶片在水流作用下带动所述叶轮外圈绕着桥墩发生转动;升降机构,设置在桥墩和所述防护旋转叶轮机构之间,用于带动整个防护旋转叶轮机构沿桥墩高度方向上、下移动;水位信息采集模块,用于采集墩附近水位及水深信息;控制中心,其信号接收端与所述水位信息采集模块连接,信号输出端与所述升降机构连接。本装置在桥墩需要防护且桥墩附近来流条件发生变化时,可以智能调整防护旋转叶轮在水下的高度使得防护旋转叶轮正好处于墩前下行水流所处位置;从而改变桥墩附近的水流结构、实现对水下桥墩的防冲刷保护。
