The invention provides a wind turbine generator mucky soil layer foundation reinforcing method which comprises the steps that a plurality of pre-pressing holes are drilled in a mucky soil layer, and a drainage plate is inserted into each pre-pressing hole; arranging a vacuum pump and a vacuum pipeline; the vacuum pump is used for pre-pressing the muddy soil layer, so that water in the muddy soil layer sequentially passes through the drainage plate and the vacuum pipeline and is discharged; a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the muddy soil layer, and grouting is conducted in the grouting holes; and after grouting and grouting material solidification are completed, reinforcement of the muddy soil layer is completed. According to the method, pre-pressing consolidation drainage is conducted on the mucky soil layer, grouting liquid is injected through the grouting holes after pre-pressing is completed, the mechanical property of the mucky soil layer can be effectively improved, and the bearing capacity and stability of the mucky soil layer are improved; and the consolidation effect can be guaranteed, the problem that the stability of the wind turbine generator foundation is poor due to the poor consolidation effect is solved, and application and popularization are facilitated.
