The buoyancy tank assembly comprises a buoyancy tank and a connecting piece; the buoyancy tanks are arranged side by side; the connecting piece is connected between two adjacent buoyancy tanks; the frame disc is arranged at the top of the buoyancy tank assembly; the rotating assembly is arranged between the buoyancy tank assembly and the frame disc and drives the frame disc to rotate. The main frame is arranged at the end part of the frame disc; a pile hammer is hung on the top of the main frame. The pile driver is high in working efficiency, simple in structure and convenient to combine and splice.
