The invention discloses a full-suspension automatic retractable sound reflecting cover for a stage. The top plate is driven by an electric winch to be unfolded and folded, the side plates are installed on a movable hanging bracket, the side plates are moved through an electric push rod, and several unfolded side plates are unfolded through the side plates when the side plates move. The side plate opening mechanism is similar to an umbrella opening mechanism and is driven by a spring or gravity to be opened.
