The invention discloses a recoverable integrated long and narrow hole channel repairing structure which comprises a perforated spiral sleeve and a recoverable grouting device, and the recoverable grouting device is movably and coaxially embedded in the perforated spiral sleeve; a plugging bag is detachably arranged at the top of the perforated spiral sleeve, a plurality of expansion particles are wrapped in the plugging bag in a releasable mode, and the expansion particles are evenly bonded to the outer surface of the side wall of the perforated spiral sleeve; the recyclable grouting device comprises a pipe barrel, the outer side of the pipe barrel is concentrically, coaxially and movably sleeved with a movable outer barrel, the bottom of the pipe barrel is detachably provided with a detachable bottom sealing device capable of being opened and closed, the detachable bottom sealing device is in linkage fit with the movable outer barrel, and expansion particles are arranged on the detachable bottom sealing device; a grouting pipeline is concentrically, coaxially and movably embedded in the pipe barrel, and a grouting support which is opened and closed in the radial direction is hinged to the tail end of the grouting pipeline. The long and narrow hole channel can be conveniently repaired, and the recyclable grouting device can be recycled.
