The invention discloses a foundation settlement observation device which structurally comprises a measuring device, a locking rod, a connecting cylinder, a chuck, a supporting plate and a ground inserting rod. When the foundation settlement observation device is used, a mounting seat is mounted at a corresponding position of a building through a positioning plate, and a pressure measuring assembly at the lower end of the mounting seat is arranged in a foundation; the positioning plate is adjusted to be in a horizontal state through indication of an angle measuring pointer on the positioning plate, so that the pressure measuring assemblies and the mounting base can be stably mounted at corresponding positions of a building in parallel, when a foundation settles, the pressure measuring assemblies swing left and right along with the foundation, and the measuring assemblies on the two sides of the pressure measuring assemblies move at the same time to play a supporting role; the pressure measuring assembly is prevented from shaking due to uneven stress.
本发明公开了一种地基沉降观测装置，其结构包括测量装置、锁杆、连接筒、卡盘、支板、插地杆，本发明进行使用时，通过定位板将安装座安装在建筑物对应的位置上，其下端的测压组件会随之置于地基中，通过定位板上的测角指针的指示来将定位板调整到水平状态，使得测压组件与安装座可以平行稳定安装在建筑物相应的位置，当地基发生沉降时，测压组件会随之左右摆动，其两侧的测量组件会同时活动来起到支撑作用，避免测压组件受力不均而晃动。
