The invention relates to the technical field of farmland drainage, and discloses a method for preventing farmland inland inundation, which comprises the following steps: digging ditches on two sides of farmland, arranging drainage pipes into the ditches, and connecting outlets of the drainage pipes with drainage valves and drainage pumps; acquiring planting information of the cultivated land, wherein the planting information comprises a planting crop type, planting time and ripening time; according to the planting information, determining the water demand of planting crops; historical water seepage information of the cultivated land is obtained, and the water seepage amount of the cultivated land is determined according to the historical water seepage information; acquiring real-time weather data, and determining a predicted water accumulation amount according to the real-time weather data; determining a waterlogging risk assessment value of the cultivated land according to the water demand of the planted crops and the water seepage amount of the cultivated land based on the predicted water accumulation amount; and setting working states of a drainage valve and a drainage pump according to the waterlogging risk assessment value, and draining accumulated water in the cultivated land. By evaluating the waterlogging risk of the cultivated land, accumulated water in the cultivated land is drained in time, and cultivated land waterlogging is prevented.
