The invention belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic products, and discloses a photovoltaic module, a roof system and a photovoltaic module installation method. The photovoltaic module comprises an upper packaging adhesive film, a battery piece and a lower packaging adhesive film which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the photovoltaic module further comprises a composite metal net piece, the composite metal net piece comprises a laminating part and a welding part, at least part of the laminating part is located in the photovoltaic module, and at least part of the welding part is arranged on the outer side of the upper packaging adhesive film and the outer side of the lower packaging adhesive film; the welding part comprises a metal layer and a first waterproof coiled material integrated with the metal layer, and the metal layer is a metal workpiece capable of being heated by electromagnetic induction, so that the first waterproof coiled material is heated and melted and can flow to a second waterproof coiled material located on the roof through the metal layer, and the uniformity and sealing performance of welding installation of the photovoltaic module can be guaranteed; therefore, the connection binding force between the photovoltaic module and the roof can be improved.
本发明属于光伏产品技术领域,公开了光伏组件、屋面系统及光伏组件安装方法。光伏组件包括由上至下依次设置的上封装胶膜、电池片及下封装胶膜,光伏组件还包括复合金属网件,复合金属网件包括层压部和焊接部,层压部至少部分位于光伏组件内部,焊接部至少部分置于上封装胶膜和下封装胶膜的外侧;焊接部包括金属层及与金属层一体集成的第一防水卷材,金属层为能被电磁感应加热的金属工件,以使第一防水卷材受热熔化并经金属层能流至位于屋顶的第二防水卷材,以能够保证光伏组件焊接安装的均匀性和密封性,从而能够提高光伏组件与屋顶之间连接的结合力。
