The invention discloses a preparation method of high-activity and high-dispersion calcium hydroxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing potassium chloride and calcium carbonate powder before calcining; after mixing, putting the calcium carbonate powder into a high-temperature calcining furnace for calcining to obtain quick lime; adjusting an additive and tap water to prepare a digestion mixed solution; the additive is one or a combination of more of triethanolamine, sodium polyacrylate and glacial acetic acid; the quick lime and the digestion mixed solution enter a digestion machine for digestion reaction, and calcium hydroxide slurry is obtained; aging the calcium hydroxide slurry, and pressing the obtained refined calcium hydroxide slurry into a filter cake through a filter press; primarily powdering the filter cake, drying, scattering into powder, and packaging to obtain the calcium hydroxide particles. The prepared calcium hydroxide particles are high in activity, good in dispersity and narrow in particle size distribution, the specific surface area is 20-50 m < 2 >/g, and slurry formed after calcium hydroxide is dissolved is fine and uniform.
本发明公开了一种高活性、高分散氢氧化钙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:在煅烧前将氯化钾与碳酸钙粉体混合均匀;混合后再将碳酸钙粉体放入高温煅烧炉煅烧,获得生石灰;将添加剂和自来水调节配制得消化混合液;所述添加剂为三乙醇胺、聚丙烯酸钠、冰乙酸其中一种或多种的组合;将生石灰和消化混合液进入消化机进行消化反应,得氢氧化钙浆液;将氢氧化钙浆液经过陈化,得到的精制氢氧化钙浆液再经过压滤机压成滤饼;将滤饼初步打粉后,干燥,打散成粉,包装,即可得到氢氧化钙颗粒。本发明制得的氢氧化钙颗粒具有活性高、分散性好、粒径分布性窄,比表面积为20‑50m2/g,氢氧化钙溶解后形成的浆液细腻均匀。
