Self-healing material and preparation and application thereof
The invention discloses a self-healing material as well as preparation and application thereof. The self-healing material is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid; a base bentonite; sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; a crystal nucleus material; wherein the crystal nucleus material is a sodium silicate crystal nucleus material. When the self-healing material provided by the invention is applied to a cement paste system, the cement paste system has relatively good toughness and self-healing capability, and can self-repair cement sheath microcracks, so that the occurrence of a cement sheath empty zone phenomenon is reduced, and the service life of a gas storage well is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种自愈合材料及其制备和应用,该自愈合材料主要由以下原料制备而来:2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸;碱基膨润土;羧甲基纤维素钠;晶核材料;其中,该晶核材料为硅酸钠晶核材料。本发明提供的自愈合材料应用于水泥浆体系时,水泥浆体系具有较好韧性和自愈合能力,能够自我修复水泥环微裂缝,从而减少水泥环空带现象的发生,增加储气库井的使用寿命。
