The invention relates to the field of oil and gas well cementation, and discloses a raw material composition of geopolymer slurry, the geopolymer slurry and a preparation method and application of the geopolymer slurry, and the composition comprises a modified SiO2-Al2O3 nano composite material, metakaolin and an activating agent; wherein the modified SiO2-Al2O3 nano composite material is prepared from SiO2-Al2O3 nano composite particles and hydrophobic functional groups attached to the surfaces of the particles. According to the invention, the modified SiO2-Al2O3 nano composite material is introduced into the geopolymer slurry for the first time, on one hand, the nano Si-Al2O3 can play a role in blocking gaps, and on the other hand, the nano Si-Al2O3 can react with the geopolymer to generate additional aluminosilicate hydrate (CASH) and sodium aluminosilicate hydrate (NASH); the compressive strength, bending strength and elastic modulus of the geopolymer slurry are increased, and pores or cracks are filled to form a dense and robust geopolymer.
